HeyThere is an AI-powered call, text, and voicemail management service designed for small businesses. The Service may include voicemail transcription and summarization, text message handling and response, call routing, automated call and text handling, and related communication tools.
3. Early Access & Beta
The Service is currently in early access. This means features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We're building in the open and your feedback helps shape the product. By participating in early access, you acknowledge that the Service is under active development and may not perform as expected at all times.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prince Edward Island.
